Configured, tested and shown to you before it ships
Every configured server is built for your order and checked as a complete system.
Configure
Tell us the workload. We match CPU, memory, drives, RAID and network to it, and you approve the parts list and price.
Build
We install the parts, update BIOS and firmware, set up RAID and iDRAC remote management, and install the OS and software if you need them.
Test
We check that every part is recognized, then test boot, storage, network and the whole system running. You get a test video before shipment.
Pack and document
Packed for export, with packing photos, proforma invoice, commercial invoice and packing list.

Ask for photos of your actual server from any angle, or a live video check.
Payment and shipping
Prices are ex-works Xiamen in US dollars. Shipping to your country is quoted with your order.

The warranty covers the whole server and starts on the day you receive it.

Send us the symptom, a photo or a log. We help you find the cause remotely, free of charge.
Replacement parts shipped to you
If a part fails, we send you a replacement.
Whole-server return when needed
If the fault calls for it, you return the server to us and we take care of it.
Damaged item? Shipping is on us
For a damaged item, we pay the replacement shipping both ways.
Extended warranty
Need longer cover? Ask for an extended warranty with your quotation.
